Ancelotti Does not need Torres!

HAHAHA Carlo came out and broke all the rumors of Chelsea buying Torres and officially said we do not need Torres. He also said that he prefers his youngsters instead and this is what he had to quote:

“I always said that Torres is not our aim for the future because we have trust in a lot of our young players,” Ancelotti told reporters.

“We have fantastic strikers in Drogba and Nicolas Anelka, and we have Salomon Kalou, fantastic young players like Daniel Sturridge and Gael Kakuta, so in this moment we don’t really need to have a striker – a fantastic striker – like Fernando Torres.

“If everyone stays fit, we won’t need anyone else. I think we have a fantastic squad.

“We can be competitive in all competitions with this squad. The most important thing is to avoid injury, when possible.

"We have to maintain the squad with all the players fit. This is the most difficult thing to do, but we’re working hard to do this, to control the recovery of the players."

I think that was the right thing to say and plus I agree with him! We do not need Torres because we have all those good youngsters growing and becoming first team players! Also I don't want Torres playing in the Chelsea shirt because I do not think he will be in his good form and I think Torres lost his talent after the World Cup and even before! He was a good player but suddenly he hit a rough spot and now he is not the Torres we all know.

Inter Milan 1-3 Tottenham Champions League November 2 2010

Hey Guys! 

Today Inter Milan played against Tottenham and it was a great exciting match. THE CHAMPIONS lost to TOTTENHAM 3-1! That was shock to the whole world! I mean come on the 2009/2010 champions Inter could not Win or let's say Tie against Tottenham who are new comers to the Champions League.

I think the reason they lost is from Jose Mourinho. That shows that without this Special Coach they can not win anything and plus they are conceding a lot of goals which is not good. Now they got Rafael Benitez who basically ended the Liverpool team which is now in relegation zone and plays in the Europa League.

The first goal by Van Der Vaart was amazing and that shows how he shines in first team action and thats why I think he chose Tottenham. Also the second goal by Peter Crouch was very nice especially how he scored it with the assist by Gareth Bale. I thought Gareth Bale was the best player on the pitch and he even got Man of the Match. He also assisted the last goal which sealed the match after the Inter Goal scare by Eto. Gareth Bale in style passed 2 players then giving a perfect pass to Paulychenko who gladly scored it in style! 

If Tottenham keeps on going in this style they may reach the Quarter Finals depending on who they play in the Second Round. If they get an easy team then that is good for them but if they get Chelsea then GOOD LUCK CUZ UR LOSING! In the end the best player for me was Gareth Bale and in the end Tottenham were the better team even though Inter played well.

Tomorrow there are more exciting matches! There is Chelsea vs Spartak which will be a big game because if Chelsea wins it (they will) they will seal the group and go on to Round 2. I can not wait for that match because we want to see Chelsea play in style. Another thing is that Lampard can not play for tomorrow's game but will be available against Liverpool. Bosingwa is sick from a flu while Ramires has a ankle injury. Another thing is that Benayoun is out for the whole season but may play the last games of the season. Drogba will be back which will be very exciting! We can cope without those players!

Another match will be Real Madrid vs Milan which will be also an exciting match for tomorrow to watch and I will be commenting about the matches shortly after!

Chelsea News for the upcoming 2 games!

Hi people,

Ok so there is some news going around about who will be available to play for Chelsea vs Liverpool and Chelsea vs Spartak. Lampard will not be available tomorrow but he will for sure be available for the upcoming match against Liverpool! That is great news because yeah Chelsea is amazing with him or not but Lampard makes the team stronger and gives that extra touch. Carlo explained about Lampard and this is what he said,

"Lampard started training with the team this week, I don't think he will be ready for Wednesday [tomorrow] but for the next game in the Premier League, against Liverpool.

I hope he will come back quickly because we need to have this kind of player, Now the team without Lampard is doing very well. But when he comes back I think we have a stronger team."

I still can not believe that for a long time Lamapard plays and plays and gets little injuries but this time he missed 2 months of game action! I am excited and I am looking forward for that match.

Now for the match tomorrow against Spartak Carlo came out after the Blackburn game and started talking about the upcoming match against Spartak saying that we need to win fast and easy and then go back to the Premier League focusing on the rest of the games. This is what he had to say about tomorrow's game.

It's very important to win against Spartak, We can qualify and we can also close the group and arrive in first place. And that will allow us to stay more in focus in the Premier League. 

It's not just about resting players in the final two games. Without pressure you can also have less problems both mentally and physically which is good for the players So it's very important to get three points.

I think he is right because we can claim this group easily and just forget about the Champions League until Round 2 and like that the players can focus more on the Premier League. I'm also happy Carlo wants to end this fast and easily and not wait until the last minute!
